Chapter one
So far we know that Lena is on her way to find her babies' daddy. Everyone believes it is just a waste of her time to go out to look for someone who is no good for her. However she might have a something else in mind. What are her motives for when she finds Lucas? What do you think might happen? Better watch out Burch.

I think Lena will not find Lucas Burch. If she does he will not be happy to see her. Lena's love for Burch is unrequited. If he truly wanted to see her would have sent for her. Lena believes Lucas will be happy to see her, but I don't think he will.
ReplyDeleteExactly, I think Lena’s naivety will get the best of her, she might catch up to Lucas and expect him to love her and be the father to her baby, but unfortunately i doubt that's the case, otherwise they would have been together in the first place.
DeleteI see this as a one way love. Lena made herself think that he is waiting for her because she needed comfort. I believe she will find him but it won't be as she expects it. I feel like refusal will be a big conflict throughout her journey, not only with Lucas but with society as well.
ReplyDeleteExactly. I think Lena will find Burch but their reunion will not be as expected. She may be forced to raise the child alone.
DeleteI think that if Lena does find Lucas she will be disappointed with how Lucas will act when he sees her. Or maybe Lucas will pretend and go along with it, he will act like he is happy to see Lena.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you Roxana. I believe that Lena will not be happy with Lucas and his way of being. She might as well be the one leaving him to raise her child on her and be even more independent.
