Glass menagerie

So far in what we have read in The Glass menagerie, which of the characters can you guys relate to the most and why.

    I relate to Tom the most. We are similar in the way that we do not want to be tied down somewhere and have dreams we want to follow.

      I agree, I wish I could do what he did, but not the part where he doesn't pay the bill then leave.

    I also agree with both Pamela and John that I most relate with Tom. Like Tom, I also want an adventure. I am stuck between what I want or what my family wants.

    I feel like everyone is like Tom because everyone wants to have an adventure and has big dreams but is stuck between what's best for you or what's best for everyone in your life.

    I agree with Pamela, Tom knew what he wanted and didn't let anything stop him from doing so.
